Refund & Return Policy

The following issues are covered in our refund or exchange policy:



  1. The product does not match the product description.

            We offer replacements at no additional cost if:

  • Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
  • We sent the wrong item – size, style, color.
  • Parcel was lost in transit

The issue should be reported within 48 hours upon receipt of the order to get a replacement.  Please email us a picture of the item(s) showing the size tag and its original packaging.


  1. The product doesn’t fit.

Our product descriptions include specific size information, however if your item that does not fit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.  Your mail must include photos showing the fit problem. The goods should be returned to:

Upon receipt of returned goods, we will ship a new product in the requested size to you. If the size is unavailable, we will provide a gift card equal to the amount of your purchase.

Please note: you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


  1. I received my product as a gift but do not want it.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and s/he will find out about your return.

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address mentioned in issue n° 2 above. Shipping costs will be your responsibility and it is recommended that items over $75 be shipped with a trackable shipping service. We will not be held responsible for items lost in the mail.
